S70138 is an AS568-138 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.112 in (53.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.318 in (58.88 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Silicone offers flexibility that holds at very low temperatures, physiological inertness and low toxicity. This material stands up to ozone and UV exposure, extreme heat and cold, and weathering. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where concentrated acids or steam above its rated range are present.
