2MM CS X 14MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

APG stocks the S2X14, a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 14 mm (0.551 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 18 mm (0.71 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Silicone is specified here for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. The material holds up against dry heat, ozone and UV exposure, and many oxidizing chemicals. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where hydrocarbon fuels and oils or steam above its rated range are present.
