-147 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70147 is an AS568-147 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.675 in (67.95 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.881 in (73.18 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone delivers flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to hydrocarbon fuels and oils or concentrated acids will shorten service life.
