1.5MM CS X 16MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

Ordered as S1.5X16, this is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 16 mm (0.63 in), a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in), and an outside diameter of 19 mm (0.75 in). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone offers excellent electrical insulating properties and very good compression set resistance across its range. The compound resists dry heat, weathering, and many oxidizing chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to concentrated acids or abrasive dynamic service will shorten service life.
