The S70205 is an AS568-205 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.421 in (10.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.699 in (17.75 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Silicone is known for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. It resists extreme heat and cold, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in concentrated acids or hydrocarbon fuels and oils.
