-225 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70225 is an AS568-225 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.859 in (47.22 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.137 in (54.28 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Silicone is valued for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. This material stands up to extreme heat and cold, weathering, and dry heat. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to abrasive dynamic service or concentrated acids will shorten service life.
