2MM CS X 23MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

The S2X23 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 23 mm (0.906 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 27 mm (1.06 in). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is widely chosen for excellent electrical insulating properties and very good compression set resistance across its range. The compound resists weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving abrasive dynamic service or steam above its rated range call for a different compound.
