3MM CS X 32MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

S3X32 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 32 mm (1.26 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 38 mm (1.5 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, weathering, and dry heat. Silicone delivers flexibility that holds at very low temperatures, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to concentrated acids or steam above its rated range will shorten service life.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact. It sees regular use in food and beverage processing, ovens and heated equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
