-419 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70419 is an AS568-419 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.275 in (108.59 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to weathering, dry heat, and extreme heat and cold. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is valued for very good compression set resistance across its range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. Exposure to abrasive dynamic service or hydrocarbon fuels and oils will shorten service life.
