-444 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70444 is an AS568-444 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.275 in (210.19 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Silicone is specified for physiological inertness and low toxicity, very good compression set resistance across its range. Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, weathering, and extreme heat and cold. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where hydrocarbon fuels and oils or abrasive dynamic service are present.

It sees regular use in ovens and heated equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and sanitary process lines.
