-449 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70449 is an AS568-449 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 9.975 in (253.37 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.525 in (267.34 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Silicone is valued for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. It resists weathering, ozone and UV exposure, and many oxidizing chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where abrasive dynamic service or steam above its rated range are present.
