1MM CS X 5MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

Part number S1X5 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5 mm (0.197 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 7 mm (0.28 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Silicone is widely chosen for excellent electrical insulating properties and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. The material holds up against ozone and UV exposure, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
