3MM CS X 59MM ID RED SILICONE 70D

S3X59 is a red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 59 mm (2.323 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 65 mm (2.56 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Silicone is known for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. The material holds up against dry heat, extreme heat and cold, and many oxidizing chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving abrasive dynamic service or steam above its rated range call for a different compound.
