This o-ring is supplied in AS568-914 red Silicone 70 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 1.047 in (26.59 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.279 in (32.49 mm), catalogued under part number S70914. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Silicone delivers flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and excellent electrical insulating properties. Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, extreme heat and cold, and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in steam above its rated range or hydrocarbon fuels and oils.
