Ordered as S70932, this is an AS568-932 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.337 in (59.36 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.573 in (65.35 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Silicone delivers very good compression set resistance across its range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. The material holds up against weathering, dry heat, and extreme heat and cold. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
