568-033 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

Ordered as TES70033, this is an AS568-033 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.989 in (50.52 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.129 in (54.08 mm). PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone delivers excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and strong resistance to permeation. This material stands up to strong acids and solvents, nearly all process chemicals, and wide temperature swings. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges call for a different compound.
