APG stocks the TES70034, an AS568-034 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.114 in (53.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.254 in (57.25 mm). The material holds up against nearly all process chemicals, wide temperature swings, and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is valued for a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface and chemical inertness of PTFE with the wide temperature range of silicone. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges are present.
