Ordered as TES70211, this is an AS568-211 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.796 in (20.22 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.074 in (27.28 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint. This item is further identified as ORING 70 Durometer.

The compound resists wide temperature swings, nearly all process chemicals, and strong acids and solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone offers a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface and strong resistance to permeation. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.
