APG stocks the TES70334, an AS568-334 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.02 in (76.71 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. The catalog record notes: ORING 70 Durometer.

It resists nearly all process chemicals, wide temperature swings, and strong acids and solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone delivers chemical inertness of PTFE with the wide temperature range of silicone and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing.

Typical settings include cryogenic and high-temperature equipment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and chemical processing.
