568-381 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

The TES70381 is an AS568-381 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 11.975 in (304.17 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.395 in (314.83 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. This item is further identified as ORING 70 Durometer.

This material stands up to steam, nearly all process chemicals, and wide temperature swings. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone delivers excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.
