*568-028 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-028 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 1.364 in (34.65 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.504 in (38.2 mm), catalogued under part number TES70028. Expect good resistance to wide temperature swings, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges.
