568-029 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-029 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 1.489 in (37.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.629 in (41.38 mm), catalogued under part number TES70029. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load. This item is further identified as ORING 70 Durometer.

PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified here for excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core.
