As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone delivers chemical inertness of PTFE with the wide temperature range of silicone and excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling. It resists strong acids and solvents, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing.
