The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. This item is further identified as ORING 70 Durometer.

It resists nearly all process chemicals, steam, and wide temperature swings. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is widely chosen for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface.
