568-139 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

APG stocks the TES70139, an AS568-139 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.175 in (55.25 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.381 in (60.48 mm). The material holds up against strong acids and solvents, wide temperature swings, and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is widely chosen for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
