The TES70209 is an AS568-209 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.671 in (17.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.949 in (24.1 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces. Source specification: ORING 70 Durometer.

The material holds up against steam, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is valued for a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface and excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges are present.
