568-236 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

The TES70236 is an AS568-236 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.234 in (82.14 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.512 in (89.2 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load. This item is further identified as ORING 70 Durometer.

Expect good resistance to nearly all process chemicals, wide temperature swings, and strong acids and solvents. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is known for strong resistance to permeation and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
