568-328 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

TES70328 is an AS568-328 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.85 in (46.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.27 in (57.66 mm). As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is valued for a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface and strong resistance to permeation. Expect good resistance to steam, strong acids and solvents, and wide temperature swings. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges will shorten service life.
