568-355 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

Ordered as TES70355, this is an AS568-355 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.225 in (132.72 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.645 in (143.38 mm). The material holds up against nearly all process chemicals, steam, and wide temperature swings. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone offers strong resistance to permeation and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges.
