568-387 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

Part number TES70387 is an AS568-387 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 17.955 in (456.06 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 18.375 in (466.73 mm). PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone offers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the wide temperature range of silicone. The material holds up against strong acids and solvents, steam, and wide temperature swings. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.
