568-443 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-443 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.025 in (203.84 mm), catalogued under part number TES70443. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified for excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. Expect good resistance to strong acids and solvents, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.
