TES70473 is an AS568-473 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 23.94 in (608.08 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 24.49 in (622.05 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. This item is further identified as ORING 70 Durometer.

Expect good resistance to steam, strong acids and solvents, and wide temperature swings. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is widely chosen for chemical inertness of PTFE with the wide temperature range of silicone and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core.
