568-025 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Part number TEV80025 is an AS568-025 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.176 in (29.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.316 in (33.43 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to steam, nearly all process chemicals, and aggressive oxidizers. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling, excellent resistance to permeation and contamination. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
