568-154 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80154 is an AS568-154 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.737 in (94.92 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.943 in (100.15 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. The material holds up against aggressive oxidizers, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
