568-160 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80160 is an AS568-160 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.237 in (133.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.443 in (138.25 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to aggressive oxidizers, steam, and nearly all process chemicals. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, long service life in aggressive chemical duty. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
