568-253 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80253 is an AS568-253 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.359 in (136.12 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.637 in (143.18 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. The compound resists nearly all process chemicals, strong acids and solvents, and steam. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across aggressive-media valves and pumps, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
