568-276 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80276, an AS568-276 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 10.984 in (278.99 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.262 in (286.05 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. This material stands up to strong acids and solvents, steam, and aggressive oxidizers. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
