568-376 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

APG stocks the TEV80376, an AS568-376 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 9.725 in (247.02 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.145 in (257.68 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is known for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. This material stands up to steam, aggressive oxidizers, and strong acids and solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.

Typical settings include food and beverage, semiconductor equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
