568-382 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80382 is an AS568-382 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 12.975 in (329.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.395 in (340.23 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The material holds up against nearly all process chemicals, aggressive oxidizers, and strong acids and solvents. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
