568-422 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80422 is an AS568-422 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.1 in (104.14 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.65 in (118.11 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, long service life in aggressive chemical duty. It resists nearly all process chemicals, steam, and aggressive oxidizers. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
