TEV80464 is an AS568-464 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 17.455 in (443.36 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 18.005 in (457.33 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to strong acids and solvents, aggressive oxidizers, and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing.
