568-012 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80012 is an AS568-012 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.364 in (9.25 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.504 in (12.8 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. It resists aggressive oxidizers, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across semiconductor equipment, aggressive-media valves and pumps, and food and beverage.
