The TEV80024 is an AS568-024 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for long service life in aggressive chemical duty and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. The compound resists strong acids and solvents, nearly all process chemicals, and aggressive oxidizers. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, chemical processing, and food and beverage.

TEV80024 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 1 1/8 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
