568-028 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

The TEV80028 is an AS568-028 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.364 in (34.65 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.504 in (38.2 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists steam, strong acids and solvents, and aggressive oxidizers. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified for excellent resistance to permeation and contamination, a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, and semiconductor equipment.

TEV80028 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 1 3/8 inch. Review your operating media and conditions against this specification before installation.
