*568-043 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORIN

The TEV80043 is an AS568-043 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.489 in (88.62 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.629 in (92.18 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a non-stick sealing surface that resists fouling. This material stands up to steam, aggressive oxidizers, and nearly all process chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Common environments for this compound include pharmaceutical manufacturing, aggressive-media valves and pumps, and chemical processing.
