568-045 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

Ordered as TEV80045, this is an AS568-045 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.989 in (101.32 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.129 in (104.88 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists strong acids and solvents, nearly all process chemicals, and aggressive oxidizers. PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is widely chosen for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
