Ordered as TEV80046, this is an AS568-046 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.239 in (107.67 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.379 in (111.23 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® delivers chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core. The material holds up against aggressive oxidizers, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing are present.
