*568-050 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80050 is an AS568-050 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.239 in (133.07 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.379 in (136.63 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® offers a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient elastomer core and chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring. It resists steam, nearly all process chemicals, and aggressive oxidizers. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
