568-110 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80110 is an AS568-110 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.362 in (9.19 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.568 in (14.43 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. The compound resists aggressive oxidizers, steam, and strong acids and solvents. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges without care.
