568-114 FEP ENCAPSULATED VITON ORING

TEV80114 is an AS568-114 black PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.612 in (15.54 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.818 in (20.78 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

PTFE-Encapsulated Viton® is specified here for chemical inertness of PTFE with the memory of a rubber o-ring and long service life in aggressive chemical duty. It resists steam, nearly all process chemicals, and strong acids and solvents. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving installation over sharp edges without care or service requiring tight-radius dynamic flexing call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across food and beverage, aggressive-media valves and pumps, and semiconductor equipment.
